Intermediate Premiere Pro

Course Summary:

In our intermediate Premiere Pro training course we will explore some of the more advanced editing tools available in Premiere Pro. Students will learn Slip, slide, ripple, roll edits to retime footage in multiple tracks to refine and polish their presentations. In this class, we incorporate audio mixing into our projects to give our scenes more realism and life.

Outcome: 

With completion of this intermediate training class, participants should be aware of most of the editing tools available in Premiere pro, as well as understand the principles in keyframe animations. Students will be able to edit with multiple camera angles, as well as mix and edit audio.

This is the first day of 12 total hours of training delivered in two 6-hour sessions across two consecutive days with breaks every hour and a half and a hour lunch break.

Who this class is for:

It is recommended that participants complete the Core Concepts of Premiere Pro course before this class, although it is not required.  If you are unsure of your suitability for this class please contact us.

Anyone interested in learning intermediate skill sets of video editing and production using Adobe Premiere Pro. This class is geared towards novices to editing, as well as professionals who may have used other editing software previously. While no previous experience with video editing is required, a general understand of using video cameras or capturing video is recommended.

Technical specifications:

While Adobe Premiere Pro is available in both Windows and Mac environments, classes are usually taught within Mac OSX. If you have any questions about your suitability for class please contact us.
