Advanced Premiere Pro

Course Summary:

In the Advanced Premiere Pro Training course participants will explore the additional features in Premiere Pro such as advanced effects and keyframe interpolation, how to work with problem video or audio, compositing basics, color keying and titling.  Additionally we will explore best practices in project archival and project management.  Lastly we will end our lesson plan exploring advanced exporting options and review some of the most popular industry standard 3rd party tools available for extending Premiere Pro.

Outcome: 

After this advanced training session participant should be well versed in all the options Premiere Pro has to offer in terms of production. Students should understand advanced effects such as masking and keying in Premiere Pro as well as the proper methods for asset management and archival.

12 total hours of training delivered in two 6-hour sessions across two consecutive days with breaks every hour and a half and a hour lunch break.

Who this class is for:

It is recommended that participants complete the Intermediate Premiere Pro course before this class, although it is not required.  If you are unsure of your suitability for this class please contact us.

Anyone interested in learning advanced skill sets of video editing and production using Adobe Premiere Pro. This class is geared towards novices to editing, as well as professionals who may have used other editing software previously. While no previous experience with video editing is required, a general understand of using video cameras or capturing video is recommended.

Technical specifications:

While Adobe Premiere Pro is available in both Windows and Mac environments, classes are usually taught within Mac OSX. If you have any questions about your suitability for class please contact us.
